Two races this weekend....5k out here in Ashtabula in memory of my good friend, and co-worker, Ed. I miss him everyday, more than I realize sometimes. I'm very ready for it.
And the time trial at Presque Isle on Sunday...which I'm way nervous about, and don't know why.
Registered for the Cleveland 10k...gotta do it now!
very busy...I feel great physically.
and now I think I might be coming down w/ strep throat....murphy's law, man.
