Happy Time Trial

Blew by my previous time trial mark by almost 2 full minutes. I'm a happy time trialer today. I wasn't thouroughly pleased as I felt slightly sluggish the entire 12.5 around the bay. The wind was a little stronger this time as well, but no excuses, I pulled out a faster time. It wan't too hot at 8:05:15 but it sure warmed up over the course of the race. Completed it with some great friends who did well also. I love Presque Isle!

Training for it was just as fun, and now my calf is feeling better so I'm going to begin to throw the run in morning. My triathlon goal seems a little closer now...at least i'm more confident about it. For now though, the time trial?
Next one's gotta be faster...Must. Go. Faster.

Weekend

Had three great rides this weekend...all long, with great tempo...
The weather was unbelieveable. Perfect actually. And I took two great naps in the sun when I was done with all my work....

I wish I could live like this weekend, EVERYDAY!
